Fancy having a go at acting in a safe space with other people?

We will be working on Splendid Productions version of ‘The Government Inspector’. This play is a creative adaptation of Nikolai Gogal’s satirical work and an escalating masterclass in political farce. It is designed for 3 or more people with opportunity for multi rolling so you can have as big or small a part (or parts) as you like.

We launch on Weds 24th Sept, with rehearsals every Weds from 7.30 – 8.45 (exc Oct 29th) until Dec 10th with a studio performance on Dec 12th. Sessions take place in Chew Magna Baptist Church and will be led by Simon Shorrock, Drama teacher in Bristol, who has led our sessions for the past two years.

All sessions open to adults and Post 16 students.

No experience is necessary.

If you decide to continue the course after the first week, we ask that you commit to come every week until 12th December for the sake of all those involved.
