It’s back by popular demand!

Ceilidh, Barndance, Hoedown – what ever you call it, bring your dancing shoes and show us your Do-si-dos !

A brilliant night of music and dancing for all the family.

We had a fantastic Hoedown last year in a fabulous new venue – Chew Stoke Harvest Home’s marquee! And we are back again this year, putting on another great knees up. But be warned after last years success, this year is likely to sell out fast, so get your tickets now, while they are still available – once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Ticket price includes a delicious organic supper from award winning Better Food; meat, vegetarian or vegan versions available, please select option when booking.

Live music is provided by local band Squeeze Fiddle Pluck, a young and energetic ceilidh band from the Mendip hills who play everything from the accordion to the mandolin. An expert caller will guide you through the Gay Gordons and Strip the Willow.

Bar and raffle on the night.

There will be parking onsite. Please note that it will be dark when you leave, so a torch/head torch may be useful to help you get back to your car at the end of the evening.

There is no hard flooring in the marquee, the dancing will take place on the grass, so please wear suitable footwear.

Doors will open at 7.30pm, with dancing starting soon after.

 

The Hoedown is a fundrasing event for Valley Arts, profits from the evening will go to bringing more fabulous events to the valley throughout the year.
